Professional mentorship is a major component of our Leadership Academy. We are always looking for qualified and experienced outdoor industry sages who are interested in investing in the next generation of leaders. This involves weekly or biweekly virtual meetings with an individual and the willingness to share your knowledge and experience in an honest manner.

We’re hosting a one night Mentor Summit where mentors will get to connect with one another and deep dive on the details of mentoring and the Leadership Academy. Plus, an opportunity to play outside with your new mentee. All at no cost to mentors. Save the date: May 29-30th is the 2024 Mentor Summit Overnight.
